A private residence in Townsend is in great need of help in cleaning out their basement. First they need to remove their belongings stored in the basement, then shovel the muck out, and finally clean with bleach. They’re willing to work around volunteers’ schedules. Please call Mike at 365-7614 or Myrna 365-9652(elderly mother), or simply call me (Deb at 384-1241) and I will let them know you’re coming. Their address is 1684 Grafton Road(also known as Rt. 35) Townsend, Vt 05353. Please dress appropriately and bring mask (N95), gloves, shovels, as well as your lunch and water.
