Help Needed (10/8 and 10/9): West Woodstock

Riverside Mobile Home Park in West Woodstock could use some continued clean-up help. The park was badly damaged by the flood, and they need general clean-up, mucking out, and debris clearing help. Volunteers should wear work clothes and be prepared to get dirty. Boots, gloves, rakes and shovels and wheelbarrows would all be good ideas. The contact person out there is named Moe, at 802-356-1787.

Directions: Go through Woodstock , past the green, continuing west on Rt. 4. Just past the UU church, and before the iron bridge, you’ll see a left fork up the hill, called College Hill. Take this, and follow it until it turns to Carleton Hill Dr. Stay on this until you see Riverside Drive on your right. Drive into park, look for mailboxes on left. Volunteer tent is behind mailboxes. Please go there and check in to be assigned jobs.
