Help Needed 10/1: Bethel

Bethel is looking for volunteers with pickup/dump trucks on Saturday, from 9am to 1pm. Even if you cannot help with any manual labor but have a truck and could make trips to the dump for people, please consider volunteering. They are happy to pair up drivers with a laborer to help get as much stuff to the towns transfer station as possible, as it’s only open Saturday 9-1.

You can call Amber at the town hall to sign up or for additional info: 802-234-6657. Bethel is also still in need of volunteers for general labor.

Hartford had a team of volunteers at the dump to help unload trucks, this worked really well and allowed the driver to travel alone back and forth from the dump. Something to consider….

Hey Amber we’ve been hard at gathering things for you all – wanted to drop them off this week/next – clothes, toys, household items. -E from NJ
