DONATIONS – The flood relief headquarters at the Masonic Hall in Waitsfield accepts cleaning supplies, tarps, safety googles, N95 masks and food to feed volunteers.

  • Do not swim or wade in water affected by flooding.
  • Wells may be contaminated and should be treated as such until tested.
  • Owners of residential or business properties should call 211 AND register with FEMA.
  • The Volunteer Headquarters in Waitsfield coordinates direct service for Moretown, Waitsfield, Warren, Granville, and Hancock remains in operation.
  • Waitsfield is already developing preparedness for future storm events.
  • Details on when instream digging or moving gravel is appropriate and who to contact.
  • Flash Flood Warnings continue through Tuesday morning 9/6. Stay tuned to weather forecasts and road reports.
