Helping those who are helping Vermont

The unsung heroes of disaster management are the police, fire and emergency crews who work around the clock to stabilize communities. Please consider contacting the local fire station in your area to see if they would appreciate a meal, a pot of coffee or if they need help at their own homes. These people give tremendously, but often aren’t supported back in kind.

One Response to Helping those who are helping Vermont

  1. Cabot farmer Beth Kennett of Liberty Hill Farm has been in touch, saying appreciates everyone’s love and concern, and says they’re “fine”. The family is well, cows are being milked, and they’re hoping to have electricity back soon. (can you help spread the word? thanks so much!)
