It’s hard to believe that we’re rapidly approaching the one year anniversary of Irene, but alas, it’s August 1st. Last week, Governor Shumlin announced the Build Up Vermont photo contest, which encourages the submission of photographs celebrating our recovery from Irene. It’s a great way to document recovery and create a visual reminder of how far we’ve come and how far we still have to go. Submit your photographs here. You will also be entered to win two tickets to see Grace Potter and the Nocturnals at the Grand Point North Festival.
